A wedding ceremony should feel intentional, meaningful, and unmistakably yours.

Whether you’re looking for something simple and official or a fully personalized experience, your ceremony will feel seamless, thoughtful, and true to your relationship. From guiding the flow to weaving in meaningful elements, I help create a moment that feels natural, heartfelt, and easy from start to finish.

What to Expect
1. Inquire + Confirm Availability
Reach out through the contact form. I’ll confirm availability for your date and answer any initial questions.
2. Reserve Your Date
Once we confirm it feels like the right fit, I’ll send over your service agreement and proposal. Your signed agreement and 20% retainer officially reserve your date.
3. Planning + Story Development
You’ll each receive a questionnaire to help me understand your story, values, and the overall tone you want your ceremony to hold.
We’ll then meet for a video planning call to walk through the ceremony flow, processional, unity ritual options, and overall design.
From there, I create your ceremony timeline and begin crafting your script.
4. Refinement + Finalization
You’ll review your ceremony draft and we’ll refine any language, vows, or flow so everything feels natural and true to you.
5. Ceremony Day
I arrive prepared and grounded, guide your ceremony with clarity and warmth, and complete all marriage license signing.
6. After the Ceremony
I file your marriage license and send confirmation once it has been submitted, along with any next steps if needed.
